• After joining the meeting, put your mouse over the mic at the bottom and find the little arrow in the top right corner of the mic icon.
• Click that and choose Audio Settings

 

• Click Audio

• Uncheck Automatically adjust volume
• Click Advanced

 

• Check the box for Show in-meeting option to Enable Original Sound from microphone.
• Disable the two suppress Noise options
• Close this window to go back to the meeting

 

• In the meeting, click the button to Turn on Original Sound. It will turn blue when it’s on.
